More about the game
Players may find this game similar to WC 3 and SC but to think about it there are many different gameplay that other RTS doesn't have. Examples are the new One-Click-Research-System (OCR System) and Army Specialization (AS). I will first explain the OCR System, it simply caused a fast duration of research and upgrades so that you don't have to wait too long, its a very simple feature in the game but very useful. Another feature is the Army Specialization, each player is provided with 8 specializations, you may pick ONLY one and you cannot undo it, once you chose a specialization your Strategy Tower will upgrade, notice that OCR System is not apply when building and upgrading structures. After a duration of time, your new Strategy Tower possess a new global abilities as well as Specialization Boost, it provides a small bonus in your army depending on what specialization you chose, and it will provides you a new unit for your army which can be located on a designated production structure. And last thing to know that when you lost your Strategy Tower you lost all boost, global abilities, and it will also unable you to create new units, so keep your Strategy Tower alive and healthy. You can create many strategies in this game, so take your time to familiarize your self with the controls, there is always a dummy A.I. to practice with or you can always open the editor to tinker the map.

List of Tips:
1.) Defense Emplacement can also serve as walls for your base.
2.) Keep your Strategy Tower alive because it will provide you different specialization which can give you new units and special action skills. Theres no replacement when it is destroyed.
3.) Always protect your wingman! You too can gain advantage from his/her Strategy Tower.
4.) Each different specialization provides new units, try different tactical combos of actions skills.
5.) Matriarchs has doubled almost everything which means double the loot of crystals.
6.) Research and upgrades only take 1 or 3 second/s, this may not allow you to cancel it so think twice if you're going to research or upgrade
7.) In order to gain access to a new Crystal Cluster you must destroy infestation sack. ( Be warned that infestation sack are ALWAYS protected by Wretches )
8.) Its not build all unit classes, try building an army that can are relate to your specialization.
9.) All units have their own PROS and CONS, try learning them.
10.) Like the traditional WC 3 day and night system, in this game it also affect units' performances and sight vision.
11.) Buildings has a stable sight vision.
12.) If a building is under construction and you decide to cancel it, its okay, you will get the exact money back.
13.) Like most RTS, always scout. Pumas, Badgers and Charmers are excellent for scouting.
14.) Perrienal Bisons are extremely tough to kill.
15.) Any aerial units are no matched against the Hedgehogs.
16.) Keep your eyes out for Skullborbs, they are more annoying than they look.

Timeline:
Haven Wars:
The Haven Wars are fought by different underground factions/races, their primary goal is to rule the Underground Haven, numerous bloody battles were made but in the end. Wretches won the war, their domination were successful within 2 years only, they lead the Zal'gons to extinction and they enslaved the Black Widows, in the present Jil'neah, they serve as the aerial attacker for the Wretches. After the Wretches ruled the Underground Haven, Daggoth channels a mass Arcane energies that they gain from the crystals, the purpose of the channeling is to raise other clusters that are located deeper in the Haven. This resulted a success for the Wretches but this also cause other cluster to raised up to the surface of Jil'neah. This mark the Crystal Rush Era for the humans (see Megawealth Era)
Megawealth Era:
The first emergence of crystal clusters throughout the planet Jil'neah heightens the greed among the people who dwells in the planet. People were divided to find themselves these precious crystals, as a result.
A group of people established the the first faction known as Peacekeepers, they sworn to maintain peace and balance in the planet, but they took control Jil'neah and its people. After 1 year, people suffer from oppression of the Peacekeepers. Because of the abusive acts of the Peacekeepers, a rebellion called themselves the Sons of Jil'neah was established and they sworn to overthrow the Peacekeepers, they gained and stole Peacekeeper hightech weaponry to win the war between freedom and oppression.
Arcane Wars:
20 years of endless war between the two factions resulted the new discovery of Arcane energy. These energies can be channel from Blood Crystals. This discovery founded by a female scientist, she discovered that arcane energies are capable of creating new weapon arsenals as well as gives new combat specialization for soldiers. She began teaching arcane arts and created a new union for Arcane mages. It didn't took long, the Peacekeepers feared Arcane mages might fight for the rebellion that could be one of the best reasons to lose the war. So the made a solution, they threatened all arcane mages that they will slaughter them if they don't fight for the Peacekeepers. 2 months later, a small group of Peacekeepers defected and they established their own faction called Crimson Sigma since they disapprove on what the Peacekeepers doing, they protected the arcane fugitives during the Arcane Wars. It resulted another faction to participate the war, the Peacekeeper continued to end the war against the Sons of Jil'neah and the Crimson Sigma.
Rise of the Fallen Star:
It didn't took long, an infamous group was conducting inhumane experiments on both humans and animals. Since the 3 factions were killing each other, they send out different recon teams to infiltrate Peacekeepers', Sons of Jilneahs', and Crimson Sigmas' facility to gain new technology, but they found more than they need they found different top secret weapons, documents, and arcane relics that may prove very useful. As they steal these technology, they started to create a new faction called the Fallen Star, their participation has a great impact in the war which leaded to the current Faction Wars.
Faction Wars/Present Jil'neah:
Now the 4 faction clash into an endless, its up to you to choose side. Would you join the Peacekeepers, Sons of Jil'neah, Fallen Star, or the Crimson Sigma. Each different faction has different idealogies but only one will win the war. The fate of Jil'neah lies in your hands.
Underground Races:
Wretches - are the most dominant race in the Underground Haven. Their army of insect warriors is lead by Daggoth itself, an overgrowing brain-like creature, its lust for Arcane energies and flesh started the domination among other underground races, their domination is to consume everything on its path and to establish infestation nerves. Their domination were successful within 2 years only, they lead the Zal'gons to extinction and they enslaved the Black Widows, in the present Jil'neah, they serve as the aerial attacker for the Wretches. After 6 months, the Wretches discovered the surface of Jil'neah. Daggoth send out his initial teams to the surface in order know what is the current condition of humanity. They learned that humanity is killing each other for the exact same purpose; to get direct possession of Crystal Clusters. Daggoth was patient, it is just waiting for the perfect moment to consume the surface.
Characteristics: Wretches are savage and genocidal creatures, Wretches are fast reproducing and growing species, each warrior carries a few amount of crystals in order for them to regenerate their health. Female Wretches are called Matriarchs, Matriarchs are more stronger than males they are capable secreting substance that may cause a cluster to be infested, players cannot gather from an infested cluster, it also creates a nervous connection with Daggoth, allowing it to gain the Arcane Energies from the crystals. Wretches feast upon other races including humans. Daggoth is a powerful arcane user that can twist the mind of the lesser beings and it is also said that it is immortal, like arcane users it can shoot unstable arcane energies.
Zal'gons - are big beetle-like creatures, their race also fought during the Haven War but they lost and they were lead into genocide by the Wretches.
Characteristics: Zal'gons are prideful and resistant creatures, their resistant mind isn't effected by the mind twisting of Daggoth, since Wretches has no use for prisoners they slaughter them all leaving nothing including the smallest grub. Unlike the Wretches, they are slow reproducing races, female zal'gons usually stays in their hive waiting for a mate and they rely protection from males. zal'gon grubs grow very slow; 8 human years is only equivalent to 1 zal'gon year, they only feed upon Perrenial Bison.
Black Widows - are flying webbed women that also fought during the Haven Wars but they lost and enslaved by the Wretches.
Characteristics: Widows are swift creatures, they are capable flying around unlike the Zal'gons and Wretches. Widows are unknowingly capable of reproducing among themselves and other species, even they are all women. They possessed weak minds twisted by Daggoth to serve the Wretches as a breeding tool to increase the population growth of their army and they also serve as flying unit during the Faction Wars.

Story Facts:
1.) War between factions does not end easily because of abundant resources.
2.) Humanity ignored the first Wretches that reach the surface since their numbers are very minimal.
3.) The first Wretches that reach the surface was during the Crystal Rush Era.
4.) All Underground races regenerates from Blood Crystals energies.
5.) Most underground races have poor eye sight.
6.) B.A.R.s which Juggernauts wield has more firepower than S.I.R.s but they have shorter range.
7.) Because of the inhumane experiments of Fallen Star, they created the arcane implants that can boost performance of a user but will cause mental disorder.
8.) Zal'gons didn't make their appearance during the Faction Wars since they were already extinct.
9.) Perennial Bisons are not aggresive as the Skullborbs so Wretches tend to feast on them rather using them as a war machine.
10.) Peacekeepers are more hated than the Fallen Star.
11.) Black Widows are capable bearing offsprings from other races.
12.) Most women are encourage to learn Arcane arts.
13.) Blue = Stable and medium Arcane energy, Green = Unstable and heavy arcane energy.

*Perennial Bison - a herbivore that lives on plains. It has a wonderful ability to clot blood very quickly and efficiently, and almost painlessly. This makes it able to regrow lost flesh and vital organs to virtually perfect health which also makes them nearly impossible to kill, and can live for up to 200 years. It filter feeds on dense bacteria filled air, these bisons are inaggresive and tend to flee rather than to fight. They emerged from the Underground Haven when the Wretches reach the surface, they adapt and reproduce themselves in the surface.

At first I was wondering why is this map 7,1 MB, but when I tried it I was like wow, so many custom models, so many beautiful tanks. Didn't play it for long but I'll spend some time on this one. Now that I've tested all 3 of your maps I can't believe they are all yours. Comparing Frosty Woods and this one seems like former was created by a child. Where oh where did you find so many custom units for this map please tell me? For now I'm giving it 4 stars.
Thanks, I really I appreciate your reply. Well all models came from Hiveworkshop.com, most of the tanks and infantry models were made by General Frank, so if you are planning to put it on a map and upload in the internet don't forget to give credits to those who were listed on the "Credits". The Water World: Shattered Lands was my very first attempt to create a new unique map but reviews from the Hiveworkshop was average and some are below, though I will not abandon it and I am still planning and gathering ideas for its future remake. While Frosty Woods was my first attempt to create a melee, I did this to practice my terraining on maps, the reviews from the same site were average and I was pleased that I was improving over years. And lastly, Faction Wars is my second attempt to make things right, I thought of having a sci-fi RTS game for the Warcraft 3 because map makers rarely make games like that. Reviews from Hiveworkshop was favorable and it really inspires me to update the map to V.3, and you can always expect lots of lots of changes in the next version, but because of many issue from the 1st version, I am not planning to update it anytime soon.
I'm to slow or Faction Wars too fast.
Anyway the map is great, really fast and simple.
Create a powerful army and defeat your enemies.
Faction Wars' gameplay is different from the standard Warcraft 3 gameplay, thats why i give you 5 stars for that brilliant work. Long live for the alternative war3 maps.
