- Ulti damage decreased from 250/450/650 to 200/350/500

Yoh Asakura
- Increased his strength from 20 + 1.2 to 20 + 1.9
- Increased his agility from 22 + 2.8 to 23 + 3

Monkey D Luffy
- Fixed a bug where a part of the pistol is color blue
- Changed all his ability effect's color to black
- Gomu Gomu no Pistol now travels up to 2000 range
- Pistol will not pull enemies when in Gear Second anymore
- Pistol now travels faster when in Gear Second
- Icnreased Gatling Gun manacost from 75 to 75/85/95/105
- Increased Gatling Gun cooldown from 15 to 18/17/16/15
- Rubber Man will now only block a percentage of damage instead of blocking full damage

Uzumaki Naruto
- Fixed Rasengan Barrage's manacost
- Fixed a bug where illusions deals more damage with Rasengan Barrage
- Rasengan Barrage duration decreased from 10 to 1.5

Natsu Dragneel
- Fixed his tooltip
- Karyuu no Hokou cooldown reduced from 15 to 12

Frieza
- Reduced the damage of Death Ball Barrage
- Reduced his strength from 20+1.5 to 16+1.7
- Increased ultimate damage

Franky
- Changed how Strong Right works
- Franky's ultimate now deals stronger damage
- Franky Fireball now slows movement speed by 20%
- INT increased from 19+1.8 to 22+2.5
- Fixed a bug in his ultimate
