It should be "is", if Alliance is singular, which it is. If it was plural, then it would be are, like "The Alliances are victorious!". If you say them outloud the with "is" and with "are", you can hear which one is right, or atleast sounds better.

I was thinking it, the last time, of it as a group/team of people... Now I wonder what it is, 'is' or 'are' ? Need a third person ... =P
It's not "victorious", it's "are". It should be "The Alliance is victorious!".
This is yet another DOTA map. But, it does have some cool features the other DOTA maps don't have. One is sneak attacks, which are brilliant. There are more shops scattered in the map, which I kind of like, but dislike in the fact that they are too close to the fighting, so you get drawn away from the shop. Which does get annoying. One thing that really detracts from the map is the spelling and grammar. There are tons of those. One example is "The Alliance are victorious!". If you can't spot that, then try reading it out loud. There also needs to be a few more heroes.
