In response to Mutation Hero Defense v0.61

This is basically a X-Men DOTA, with a few added benefits. Some of the heroes have abilities that don't help them all that much, which can easily be fixed. The ideas, items, and units are relatively unique. So other than some balancing issues, this is a decent map.
