  • Most countries would have anti piracy laws, China and Russia included. While their governments might not care too much about it, it only means they don't enforce it as strongly. Even so, judges in courts aren't really involved in politics and all and I'm sure it wouldnt be too hard to find a judge that cares if Blizzard decides to pursue the case.
