Help Govern Nibbits

• To start the cleanup (which is much needed in some areas, like the WarCraft 3 section), we're going to implement some rules in regards to posting.

  I wanted to take this time to give opportunity to any of the active community members here to throw their opinion in the ring on what they would like to see in regards to this.

  Here's my current quick list:

  - English Only (no exceptions, this rule is going to be enforced and not changing).
  - Common Courtesy. I don't want to see "your map sucks".
  - Spam/etc (obviously). Nibbits is a place to host maps. While it doesn't need to be your primary source, it's very easy to upload a map. To this regard, linking to download maps (newer versions etc.) to other sites is not going to be allowed.
