Maid's medallion is south of the mansion, in the water. You need to use something like blink to get it.

Lets see... The Key to the mansion moves around but its first in the lower right hand side of the drive in, then by the entrance to the mafia then some other places. The drive for the robot that is in the alley right of the storage shed things is in an alley blocked by a passthrough wall on the north side of that road (and to the left). There are the "Fine Lady Hos" that can regen your mana and heal units to the right of the warf job.

U can buy the farm by going to the top right and going down the edge of the map, you should come across a big door and you interact with the sign. You then can buy it for 1700$

Well, the Maid's Medallion is meant for a quest where you give it to her. I forgot what happened.
Previously, if you used the Medallion, you would receive a small amount of money (about 50 gold I think). This made the game very unbalanced and the usage of the item was removed from the game except to give it to the maid.
