AI doesn't expand (patch 12, 7.03 ai, 9.4.0 allin1)

• As it's apparent from the topic, ai doesnt expand in medium difficulty. It has no other problems what so ever but it just mines from its spawn location and runs out of minerals after a few minutes. It frequently attacks with any units that it has (and techs up normally) but doesnt expand even if i sit in my base and do nothing.

  Also i should note that i didn't have this problem in patch 11; just started with patch 12.
