Custom title

• I only just bought the custom title feature in the shop but I'm unable to change it, it is stuck at Lieutenant.

• you have to go in the shop again and click the "Purchases" tab

  in there you will have the items bought...click "Use" and it will add the experience you aquired previously in the shop

• I did do that, it had a nice textbox in which i could put my new title in and an accept button which, after i clicked it, did absolutely nothing.

• If you go to My Account > Shop > Purchases, you should be able to 'Use' the custom title, then set it in the profile screen and it should show up after hitting save..

  I just looked in the database and you haven't set it yet (still shows as a null value)
