I want to make it clear, that spammers will not win the contest. Even if your name is drawn, there will be a review, and if you went around spamming 1-votes, or stupid comments, we're just going to wipe them all out, and redraw.
Say someone spammed for this contest, but not next month. Would they still be excluded next month? Just wondering.

Not unless for some reason I decide I really dislike them :)
We're just removing their XP gain, so more or less resetting their entries to 0.
Now, on the other hand, if they get banned, that definitely disqualifies them from any contest for the duration of the ban.

Well despite the fact that I'm only "contributing" for the contest, I think I'm not as annoying and useless. :)
I am both annoying and useless, and I've had 10 tickets for like a week. :)

my english is not very good and i hope this will not be tread like a spam (i have some short comments, because i can't express it longer ;P i'm using dictionary always xD)
A good example of spam was a guy who went around posting "I like pizza" on everything.
What determines our raffle ticket number? because last time I logged on, I had 6 and today I have 7. (not that I'm complaining about that :P) But today, I contributed heavily by uploading a few of my maps, yet my raffle count remains static at 7.

LOL. No but really I already have 10 so its not like I'm gonna get PUSHED TO 11.
And I believe the reason you still have 7 is because it's based on XP earned, so you might actually be pretty close to 8 due to a lot of uploading.
