  • Well, the Maid's Medallion is meant for a quest where you give it to her. I forgot what happened.
    Previously, if you used the Medallion, you would receive a small amount of money (about 50 gold I think). This made the game very unbalanced and the usage of the item was removed from the game except to give it to the maid.
