I've been playing the pokemon world 9.1 for quite some time now, and my friend and I discovered the spots of legendaries on the map.
Legendarr Birds:
Articuno - use an icy feather in the waterfall at the top left map.
Zapdos - use a power supply at the building on the buttom left of the map.
Moltres - use a moltres flame on the fiery place on the bottom right of the map.
Legendary Dogs :
Suicune - use a wet dog whistle on the articuno's spot.
Raikou - use a charged dog whistle on the arrow shaped grass on the electric pokemon field on the bottom middle of the map.
Entei - use a flame dog whistle on moltres' spot, same as articuno's.
Mews :
Mewtwo - use a Mew's DNA at the laboratory building on the middle top of the map.
Mew - i forgot the item's name for summoning mew but the location is in the demonic gates at the top right of the map.
Weather Trio :
Rayquaza - still no sign? Maybe its still in the atmosphere?
Groundon - use a red orb in the cave at right side of the battle stadium.
Kyogre - use a blue orb in the path of obvious secret water path that has no entrance what so ever. Try double clicking the lever to transport at the next cave to get to kyogre.
Regis :
Regice/Regirock/Registeel - use an ancient tablet at cave between the grass and psychic area.
Regigigas - bring all regice/rock/steel in a cave at the top of the water area. POOOF Your regis will disappear while regigigas replaces them.
Guardians :
Celebi - defeat the two walking trees.
Lugia - use a silver feather in the cave at the bottom left of the water area where there are rocks.
Ho-oh - use a rainbow feather at in the flaming tower at upper right of the fire area.
Deoxys - use a meteor fragment at spot of zapdos.
Darkrai - use a new moon at the bottom of the power plant where you can sea a grave yard that makes your pokemon sleep.
Manaphy - use a mysterious egg in the water between the psychic area and the stadium.
Giratina - use a dimensional something?? at the stairs at the bottom of the vault. Left side of the stadium.
Arceus - also I forgot the item's name it looks like a building wall upgrade a golden one, somehow it has a word of offering???? use it in the dimensional gates, in the pillars at the bottom of the stadium.
Heatran - use a magma something in the cave in the fire area.
