  • SlashOkay now then, to get lugia you need to get charizard and use strength, this should unblock the river in the water area, giving you access to lugia, NOW this is the part i can do, in order to remove the trees blocking you and lugia you need to have "Blizzard" but i can not find any pokemon that knows this move.

    first u need to get aincent tablet then go to cave beside lab go to ice use tablet. he will know blizzard this might be only be in 7.5 idk. to download 7.5 go to epicwar.com type pokemon world or just pokemon in search bos on epicwar.
