the ramp is too big
the doodads are ok, it could be a little bit more diversified
the lightning is also good
Love this layout, unsure on how much if any the 'river' is fordable. The bridges seem like they could be a little to narrow of a choke point.
Aesthetically I would give this map 3/5. It has a nice atmosphere and the detail and doodad use while a little sparse is still effective. The textures could do with a little improvement, but overall this map looks OK.
From a competitive/gameplay point of view though, this map I think has some issues. First off it's far too small (especially considering how much of the map is unpathable water). The main bases are kind of tiny and very hard to defend or wall off. The layout of the expansions is strange too, each player gets a free gold expansion that's much easier to defend than their main base.
It would be hard to imagine a game on this map lasting longer than 5 minutes, and it would most likely be a cheese-fest. So I'm going to have to give this map 1/5 for competitive factor.
Overall score: 2/5.
