    I don't remember the names, but there are 3 keys. One is dropped by an ice troll on the mid-right of the map, one of the level 200+ heroes. The second key is dropped by one of the heroes in the orc encampment (bottom right corner). The third key is found in the top right corner, past the medean devourers, through the door, and break the first fence to get the key to drop.

    Redemtion is carried by a hero in the middle-right side of the map

    yeah top right hand corner. but to get there you need to go through the portal at the bottom left hand corner. and once you are there kill all the monster then go through the door and destory the first fence thing
